What's ACCERS Club all about? |
|

It is all about professionalism. It is about having a stake in the development
of the youth in our area of competence. It is about passing on the wealth of experience
acquired over the years to those who will keep the flag flying.
It is the intention
of ACCERS to build a family where members have access to valued information, interact
with experts, and more importantly become valued members of the society.
ACCERS Club is an internet based Club and members interact through the email system,
use the ACCERS chat facility, blogs and other electronic media built within
the ACCERS website and which are only accessible to registered members.

Who can join ACCERS Club? |
|

If you are a professional accountant, a tax practitioner, a tax administrator, a
researcher in the field of accountancy and taxation, you can join ACCERS Club. Others
who are also considered are lawyers and economists who have interest in accounting,
taxation and research. Organisations are the pillars of the society and they can
also join.
Student members of professional accountancy body and the Chartered Institute
of Taxation are also members. Employees of the Tax Revenue Agencies are also members
of ACCERS Club.
The Accounting Students in the Institutions of Higher Learning (Universities,
Polytechnics, and Colleges of Education) can also join ACCERS Club.
Organisations
can also join ACCERS Club as they are employers of labour and have opportunity to
have a say in how organisations should be run better. These companies are the third
eye of the professional bodies.
Because ACCERS Club is internet based, membership
is extended to those who are interested in the activities of the Club around the
globe.

How can I become a member? |
|

This is simple. Once you have the interest, simply register online by filling the
necessary forms and paying your subscription. You need two referees to support your
registration. |

When can I join ACCERS Club? |
|
|
What are you waiting for? You can join now. Once the necessary details are received,
an acknowledgment slip will be forwarded to you. It takes two weeks to carry out
the necessary administrative work and a letter would be forwarded accepting you
as a member and an invoice sent to you. Once payment of subscription is received,
you become a registered member and all the Club membership particulars would be
forwarded to you. |
